Hello,
everyone! I want to touch base with you about who I am and share with
your my ideas on life and the pursuit of our dreams.
First
of all, I am from Fargo, North Dakota and hangout downtown at my
apartment where we sew. I have
a bedroom I have turned into my morkroom, and a corner in the dinning
room for my office.I have created a dream and am working towards acheiving
it. I'd like to bring into my dream as many people as possible and
want to be open to all possibilities and opportunities.
I
market and sell my product at festivivals, I have my own booth. I
spend the rest of the year creating my product and prepareing for
festival season. My product is Hippi Patchwork Clothing. My clothing
is loose fit, I use drawstring, elastic waist and ties for my shirts,
and all for dresses. I take a long time to make each item trying to
find easier, better, more efficient ways, and sturdy. I am a journiman
in the clothign trade but I am good. I also have a good eye for color
coding which is part of the art of my work.
Last summer was my first year vending. I learned
alot. It was a big experience in my life. I did the Big Wu Family
Reunion, Wakarusa, 10KLF, and Harvest Fest. I now have a RV since
I felt a serious need to be comfy if I am to mix business with pleasure.
I am most excited about the when I am at Bonnaroo. I also picked up
a line of clothing called Tea Tree. That should help business. I am
thankful to the accuantence that has opened this opportunity up for
me.
I have plans to move to Eugene, Oregon
in August 2008. I very much look forward to that time. I feel my healthy
lifestyle will be easier to live by out there. We also have plans to
eventually patent our own line of Little Patch Girl clothing that
builds a reputation founded on respect for everyone we work with or
employ and leaves positive experiences with all we come in contact
with. We aspire to be as environmentally friendly as possibly and
maintain fair and honest prices. More importantly, we feel a lot of
love and passion for this work and find it very fulfilling and will
only continue as long as the passion and fulfillment are there. We
are very appreciative for all of the support we have already received
and thank all of you in advance who help out with our dream by purchasing
Little Patch Girl clothing.
